The Journeyman Gallery began as a venue to encapsulate my wandering spirit by exhibiting my body of work within the confines of walls, to create an atmosphere that is anything but confined. In such a short period of time, it has grown into a year-round gallery that allows other artists to also share their passions. Established in August 2005, the Journeyman Gallery showcases the visions of both established and emerging artists. The mediums of art are endless as is our enthusiasm and motivation for finding meaning and personal interpretation. Hence, the Journeyman Gallery motto to “Share the Experience” was born and continues to thrive with each new exhibit.
The gallery name was inspired by Josh Manring's travels around the world. As his travels reached over 30 countries, friend Seth Fogelman dubbed Manring the "Journeyman." The Journeyman Gallery name seemed appropriate, since his travel photography would be the centerpiece of the gallery.
